Aftercare For Mesotherapy



  • Taking a shower for at least 8 hours after your treatment. Do not take hot baths for 48 hours after the treatment.
  • Avoid exercising for 48 hours after the treatment. Exercise will cause you to sweat and excrete the solution out the pores of the skin, which will decrease the effectiveness of the treatment.
  • Sun exposure for 48 hours after the treatment.



  • Call your Aesthetician if you have any questions or concerns.
  • Massage with Arnica gel or cream if you experience any bruising or swelling.
