The Feel Good Clinic Monthly Bullitin

Opening on the 15th of August

Darshna Jeffrey

Welcome to our very 1st bulletin!
It feels surreal that only a few short months after opening, due to Covid-19, we had to shut our doors at Battlers Green Farm with no certainty of when, or indeed if, we would be able to open again.

After the false starts due to the changes in Government guidelines, we are now extremely happy to announce that our doors are back open again from Monday 17th August and we are excited to be able to offer our full range of treatments.

Whilst safety has always been a top priority for us at The Feel Good Clinic, we are committed now more than ever to ensure that both our clients and staff are kept as safe as humanly possible. We have introduced a number of adaptations including safety screenings, PPE and other changes to our usual clinic routine. Below we have outlined what these changes look like for you.

Our New Safety Protocols

Appointment Safety Screening:

Each patient will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire as part of our updated risk assessment protocol.

This will be given to you upon arrival at the clinic. If you have any COVID symptoms (a cough, difficulty breathing and/or a fever), or have had contact with anyone with COVID symptoms within 14 days of your scheduled appointment, we will ask that you do not attend the clinic, and instead notify a member of staff who will offer you another appointment 14 days post-onset of symptoms or COVID-19 contact.

Appointment Safety Screening:

For safety purposes, you must attend your appointment on your own. Any person accompanying you be asked to wait in the car or at a location nearby.

We ask that you only attend your appointment at the given time. On arrival, please wait at the door (observing the correct social distancing) until you have been advised to enter the clinic. On entering the clinic, your temperature will be taken. Clients will then be taken directly to the treatment room.

Cleaning Protocols:

Our clinic space is surgically cleaned after each patient – as are the toilet facilities if used in an

All our towels, bedding and covers are washed and replaced after each client.

Our toilet facilities will also not be available, unless in case of an emergency.

Payment and In-Clinic Purchases:

Your payment will be taken by card or can be organised as a bank transfer upon request.

Review Appointments:

If a follow up is required, your therapist will do this via Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom or Facetime in order to minimise contact and the need to come to the clinic. Our services via phone and video call will continue to be available by appointment.
